LIFTZMAN – Terms and Conditions


1. Product Usage

  • The LiftzMan Curved Non-Motorized Treadmill is intended for personal and commercial fitness use only.
  • Use of the product must comply with manufacturer’s safety guidelines and manuals.
  • Users are responsible for regular inspection before use to ensure safety.

2. Warranty

  • LiftzMan Curved Treadmill comes with a 1-year limited warranty on frame and structure.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location.
  • Any delays caused by logistics partners are not under LiftzMan’s direct control.
  • Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery and report damages within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • LiftzMan is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by improper use of the treadmill.
  • Users should consult a physician before starting any new exercise routine, especially with non-motorized equipment.

6. Maintenance Policy

  • This treadmill is marketed as "Zero Maintenance", meaning it requires no lubrication or motor servicing.
  • Basic cleaning and occasional inspection are recommended for optimal performance.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
