LIFTZMAN – Terms and Conditions
1. Product Usage
- The LiftzMan Curved Non-Motorized Treadmill is intended for personal and commercial fitness use only.
- Use of the product must comply with manufacturer’s safety guidelines and manuals.
- Users are responsible for regular inspection before use to ensure safety.
2. Warranty
- LiftzMan Curved Treadmill comes with a 1-year limited warranty on frame and structure.

Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Any delays caused by logistics partners are not under LiftzMan’s direct control.
- Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery and report damages within 24 hours.
5. Limitation of Liability
- LiftzMan is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by improper use of the treadmill.
- Users should consult a physician before starting any new exercise routine, especially with non-motorized equipment.
6. Maintenance Policy
- This treadmill is marketed as "Zero Maintenance", meaning it requires no lubrication or motor servicing.
- Basic cleaning and occasional inspection are recommended for optimal performance.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
